"No. 1 district, Putney Ward. No change is necessary in this
district, the present Inspector being able to overtake the
work.
"No. 2 district. Owing to the large increase in the population of
the Southfield Ward, and owing to the large area of the
district, I would propose that a portion of this district be
taken away and added to No. 3 district, reducing the area
to 1,200 acres, and the estimated population to 35,950.
"No. 3 district has not appreciably increased in population since
the Census in 1901, and I would propose that a portion of
No. 2 district be added to this. This would increase the
area to 514 acres and the population to 28,200.
"No. 4 district. No change.
"No. 5 district. No change.
