These are matters which will shortly need the careful consideration
of the Libraries Committee if the Institutions are to be
maintained in a state of efficiency.
This Sub-Committeee have pleasure in expressing their appreciation
of the satisfactory and efficient manner in which the Librarian
and his staff have discharged their duties.
