192. A portion of the Magdalen Road has been paved as a
new street at the cost of the owners of property
abutting thereon, and the charge under the apportionment
against the Council as owners of the Wandsworth
Cemetery amounted to £264 13s. od. The estimated cost of the
work exceeded the actual cost, and a sum of £8 16s. 3d. was
refunded in respect of the cemetery.

193. The railings of the Wandsworth Parish Churchyard
have been repaired and painted by the Council, the
estimated cost of the work being £55, and some
small trees have been planted in the churchyard.

194. In connection with the widening of South Street by the
London County Council for the electric tramways
it was necessary to remove and re-inter the human
remains in the part of the All Saints' graveyard
which is to be added to the public way, and the Council agreed to
such remains being re-interred in the Streatham Cemetery, Garratt
Lane, Tooting.

195. The Council considered the subject of the extension at
Wandsworth Cemetery of the land to be used for
burial purposes, and the consecration of land there,
and decided to add to the cemetery the land be-
