Dirtv Milk Bottle.
An empty milk bottle, which appeared to contain sand and possibly
some cement was brought to the Department by a resident who stated
that the milk had been delivered to her home on the previous day and
that the sand had not been noticed until the bottle had been emptied.
There was no foil cap to the bottle giving indication of the date of
filling.
The Area Manager of the Dairy concerned had examined the bottle
and expressed the opinion that it may have been returned from a
building site. He added that such bottles were usually smashed to
prevent further use0
The Committee decided that a warning letter be sent to the
Company.

due to a similar infestation,.
