HEALTH EDUCATION
During the year, various pamphlets were distributed and posters
displayed at the Public Health Department Counter.
The pamphlets covered a wide variety of subjects, including
Rodent Control, Clean Food, Hints and Warnings regarding
Milk, Maternity Benefits, Home Help Services, and the London
County Council Health Services.
One thousand book marks stressing the need for Diphtheria
Immunisation were distributed from the department's counter and
through the libraries.
Enquiries on many subjects were dealt with personally in the
Public Health Department.
