SALE OF FOODS & DRUGS ACTS, 1875-1901.
156 samples of Food and Drugs were submitted to the
Public Analyst during the year. A table will be found on page
95 showing the result of proceedings taken in respect of adulterated
samples.
BUTTER AND MARGARINE ACT, 1907.
Two firms in the Borough are registered under the above Acts
as Wholesale Dealers in Margarine or Butter-substitutes.

Hermitage Road. Thomas Place.
Hornsey Place. Victoria Grove West.
Howard Road. Watson Street.
White Hart Court.
* These have been inspected twice during the year.
