Vagrants.—The weekly average number relieved was only 13, as
against 75 in 1907, and 30 in the ten years 1898-1907.
Children Boarded Out—These numbered on an average 125 per week,
or 10 less than the average of the preceding year. The number was, however,
the same as the average number boarded out in the decennium 1898-1907.
