ERYSIPELAS.
Two hundred and thirty-five cases were reported, as contrasted with 299
during the 10 years 1898-1907, so that the year's return shows a decrease of
64.
The cases were equal to an attack-rate of 0-66 per 1,000, as compared
with 0 84 in the decennial period just mentioned, and with 0-86 in the County
of London.
Fatality.—14 deaths were registered among the 235 cases, so that the
fatality was 6-2 per cent.
