Scarlet Fever, Small Pox, Measles, and other diseases of a
similar character are much diminished, and altogether the
Parishes exhibit a very satisfactory condition of health.
The following is a Tabular statement of the Births and
Deaths in each Parish, arranged as to sex:—

I again desire to call the attention of your Board to the
subject of the Overcrowding of Dwellings as one, the
importance of which it is utterly impossible to over-estimate.
Annexed is a list of places already examined, giving the
number of occupants, dimensions of rooms, cubic capacity and
deficiency.
