The inspectors paid 299 visits to milk shops and dairies during the
year, Eleven notices were served in respect of minor defects which were
duly rectified.
Food and Drugs (Adulteration) Act, 1928.
Analysis of milk samples.—Of the total of 896 samples of milk taken
during the year, 78 were taken on Sundays. The action taken in regard
to adulterated samples of milk is shown below:—
