Infantile Mortality.—The uncorrected death rate of infants for Westminster
was 91 deaths per 1,000 births registered in the City, against
a rate of 107, the average of the previous ten years.
The corrected rate works out at 79, the average of the previous five
years having teen 91, and of the preceding five years 1904—8, 107.
