Infantile Mortality.—The uncorrected death rate of infants for Westminster
was 107 deaths per 1,000 births registered in the City, against
a rate of 110, the average of the previous ten years.
The corrected rate works out at 95, the average of the previous five
years having been 92, and of the preceding five years 1903-7, 110.
