charing cross and long acre districts

To arrive at the deaths of each District, it is necessary
to deduct the deaths in Charing Cross Hospital, 70,
and half of those in the Workhouse, 31, from the total
of Charing Cross District, then adding 20 to each District,
being the number of St. Martin's parishioners
dying in the various Metropolitan Hospitals, the real
numbers for each District will be, Charing Cross, 231,
Long Acre, 343.
