The slaughter-houses and cow-sheds have also been
regularly inspected and kept in good condition. There are
only four cow-sheds and five slaughter-houses now in the
Parish. No application for a license has been opposed, and
no new application has been made.
The bake-houses have been inspected twice during the
year, and found in a satisfactory condition.
The number of articles of clothing, bedding, &c., disinfected,
has been much less than last year, on account of
the great diminution in the cases of Scarlet Fever.
