The bread and wine for the Holy Communion, at St.
George's Church and the above Chapels, is provided by the
Churchwardens of the Parish Church, and paid for by them
out of the general income of that Church, and not at the
expense of the parishioners as the Rubric directs.
The balance of 13s. 2d. was added to the reserve fund
at the bankers, Messrs. Herries, Farquhar and Co.
N.B.—Number of communicants at St. George's for
the year was 1790.
Burial Board.
A return of the money paid out of the Poor Rate, and
from Rent Accounts, to the Burial Board, since its formation,
up to 25th March, 1876; and a return of the number
of interments in the Cemetery at Hanwell, for every year
or part of a year, showing the number of parishioners,
non-parishioners and paupers, are printed in Appendices
Nos, 6 and 7.
A plan, showing the laying out of the Cemetery, can be
seen at the Board Room, Mount-street, and full particulars
of charges, &c., can also be obtained at the above Office.
Batiis and Washhouses.
A return of the money paid out of the Poor Rate to
the Commissioners of Baths and Washhouses, up to the
year ended March 25th, 1876, is printed in Appendix No.
8. This return shows the sums paid every year by the
Commissioners for redemption of capital, interest of money
borrowed, and rent of premises; together with the amounts
received for rent of premises let off; the amount of loan
