FOOD HYGIENE (MARKETS, STALLS AND DELIVERY VEHICLES)
REGULATIONS, 1966
Regular inspection of street markets are undertaken by the Public Health
Inspectors and 667 such inspections were made during the year, mostly at weekends
when the markets are at their busiest.
Twenty-seven certificates of exemption from certain requirements of the
Regulations were granted to street traders.
