(1) The ratio of non-notified deaths to notified cases is 1 to 66.
Notification is carried out efficiently, but frequently too late to be
of any service. There has been no need to take action on
grounds of wilful neglect or refusal to notify.
(2) Tuberculosis is not marked in any special occupation if the
varying numbers employed in these trades is considered and the
proportions adjusted.
