BUTTER AND MARGARINE FACTORIES, &c.
8 inspections were made, and no nuisances were discovered.
The limewashing and cleaning was carried out as required.
There are 2 Butter Factories in the Borough.
6 samples of Butter were procured and submitted to the Public
Analyst, who certified them as genuine.
Two inspections were made of Wholsale Dealers in Margarine
premises. One new Dealer was registered, and one discontinued.
