CEREBRO-SPINAL FEVER, ENCEPHALITIS LETHARGICA
AND POLIO MYELITIS.
6 cases of Cerebro-Spinal Fever were notified during the year,
one of which died.

ACUTE PRIMARY AND INFLUENZAL PNEUMONIA.
262 cases were notified during the year. 210 of these were removed
to hospital or infirmary. There were 63 deaths of these notified cases.
ANTHRAX.
1 case occurred in the practice of Guy's Hospital, being contracted
in the course of the patient's occupation. He was not a resident of the
Borough of South wark.
The case was of surgical type and recovered.
