Of the 537 cases notified 532, or 99.1 per cent, were removed to
hospital with 30 deaths, a mortality of 56 per cent. In regard to the
5 cases nursed at home, they all recovered.
ENTERIC FEVER.
One death from Enteric Fever occurred in the borough during the
year, as against 5, 3 and 1. in the three preceding years.
The total number of cases notified was 7 for the present year, and
8, 12 and 8, for the three preceding years.
