The Inspector made 54 inspections of these premises during the year
and the following nuisances were discovered :—.
Dirty conditions 2 cases
Boiler covers defective 1 case
Vessels insufficient 1 „
Sink waste pipe blocked 1 „
Paving defective 1 „
Total 6 cases
Three Intimation and two Statutory Notices were served.
All the above nuisances were remedied.
The periodic limewashing was carried out.
COWSHEDS.
There were three notices of applications for the renewal of licences
received in respect to cowhouses in the Borough.

The several cowsheds were inspected periodically, the inspector
making a total of 33 visits.
The following was discovered:—
Cowshed requiring limewashing 1 case
An intimation notice was served. The necessary limewashing was
done.
Each cowshed was limewashed twice during the year.
BAKEHOUSES.
During the year 462 inspections were made of the various bakehouses.
