BUTTER FACTORY.
During the year 21 inspections were made of the premises used as a
Butter Factory.
The premises were found to be in a satisfactory condition at each visit.
The Factory was limewashed when required.
MARGARINE FACTORY.
13 inspections were made of the premises where this business is
carried on.
No structural defects were discovered.
The Factory was limewashed when required.
SLAUGHTERHOUSES.
The supervision of the various Slaughterhouses was carried out
during the year by Inspector Fisher.
There are six licensed Slaughterhouses in the Borough. The following are the premises and the licensees:—
