BAKEHOUSES.
During the year 476 inspections were made of the various bakehouses.

The following defects were discovered by the Inspector, who found it necessary to serve 54 intimation notices in order to obtain the abatement of the nuisances complained of

All the above-mentioned nuisances were remedied.
Each bakehouse was limewashed or the walls washed at least twice
during the year.
