Note.—The samples of Beer and Spirits were procured under Food Control Orders.
‡Of the 439 samples of milk, 72 samples were procured on Sundays
from itinerant vendors and 95 from itinerant vendors on weekdays.
All the Sunday samples were in accordance with the standard and no legal
proceedings were instituted. Three week-day samples were not genuine,
legal proceedings were instituted in two cases, and one vendor was
