Number of Verminous Children Bathed.
The following numbers of children were cleansed, during the year ended 31st December, at the Council's Cleansing Station, Glaucus Street, under an agreement made with the London County Council by which the London County Council make payment to the Poplar Borough Council at the rate of two shillings per cleansing, such payment to cover any number of attendances of the child for a period of one calendar month from the date of the first cleansing, viz.:—

Miss Tattersall made 1,328 visits in connection with verminous school
children—372 Poplar, 862 Bromley, and 194 Bow.
Itch Cases.
Six cases of itch were bathed and their clothes disinfested—four
males (one adult and three boys), and two females.
Miss Tattersall made 152 visits in connection with children suffering
from itch—72 Poplar, 55 Bromley, and 25 Bow.
