The Vaccination Act, 1898, expires at the end of 1903, and the
London County Council intimated that the question of the suggested
transference to the Borough Councils of the duty of enforcing the
Vaccination Acts was under consideration, and asked for the views of
the Council on the matter. The Poplar Council had already passed a
resolution advocating the proposed transfer.
