RE ARRANGEMENT OF SANITARY DIVISIONS.
Upon the death of Mr. Raymond, the Committee considered the
advisability of dividing the parishes of Poplar and Bromley into five
divisions and not appointing another Inspector of Nuisances in
Workshops and Factories for the whole district, but that each Inspector
should undertake the duty within his division of seeing that
the Public Health (London) Act, 1891, and other Acts, including
the Canal Boats Act, were enforced. It was resolved that the five
divisions should be known as
" North Bromley,"
" Central Bromley,"
" West Combined,"
"East Combined,"
" South Poplar," or the " Isle of Dogs."
The areas of the various Sanitary divisions to be comprised within
the following limits:

The boundaries to be, on the West the Parish boundary ; on the
North the Parish boundary to River Lea; on the East the Parish
