forms), syphilis, diphtheria, whooping-cough, meningococcal infections,
acute poliomyelitis, measles, diseases of ear and mastoid process,
influenza, gastritis and duodenitis, pemphigus and sepsis of newborn,
convulsions, and lack of care of newborn.
