to attend at two infant welfare centres per week when the wholetime
medical officers will be engaged in attending the proposed
" toddlers' clinics."
To restore the age limits for the purposes of the assisted milk
scheme to those set out in the Ministry's Circular No. 185, dated
31st March, 1921.
To make the necessary provision in the estimates for the next
financial year for the additional services specified above.
To forward a copy of the Medical Officer of Health's report to
the Minister of Health and to inform him of the action to be taken
by this Council with an assurance that the needs of " toddlers " in
this Borough will receive continued attention.
Laboratory Facilities.
Food and Drugs.—The Public Analyst is Mr. A. J. Lickorish,
F.I.C. Details of the analyses carried out during the year will be
found in the section of the Report dealing with inspection and
supervision of food.

Bacteriological Examinations.—Bacteriological examinations are carried out at the Pathological Department of the St. John's Hospital, Lewisham. Full use of this service is made by the medical practitioners in the Borough, and during the year, 2,786 specimens were examined, the details being as follows : —
