Tuberculosis.
Notification.—During the year 281 new cases of pulmonary, and
66 new cases of non-pulmonary tuberculosis were received.

Mortality.—During the year 131 persons died from pulmonary
tuberculosis, and 16 died from other forms of this disease.
The death rate from pulmonary tuberculosis was 0.58 per 1,000
inhabitants, and an exactly similar rate was recorded in the previous
year.
