(1) Number of dwelling-houses in respect of

Housing Act, 1925.

which Closing Orders were determined —

Rent Restriction Acts, 1920 and 1923.
During the year 23 applications were made by occupiers
for the certificate of the Sanitary Authority under the provisions
of the above Acs, and in each case the Council authorised the
issue of the certificate. A report of the Sanitary Authority to
the effect that the necessary work had been carried out and the
premises placed in a reasonable state of repair, was issued to
the owner in 5 instances.
