Deaths.
The total number of deaths of residents of the Borough
occurring within the Borough, and in Public Institutions and
other places outside the area was 1927, compared with 1934 in
the previous year.
The death-rate for the year was therefore 10.3 per 1000,
and with one exception was the lowest recorded in any of the
London Boroughs.
The death-rate for the County of London was 11.7, and
for England and Wales, 12.2 per 1000.
