On the whole, therefore, Lewisham is to be congratulated
on possessing so satisfactory a health record in
1912.
I desire to express my cordial appreciation of the
support I have always received from your Council and the
Chairman and Members of the Public Health Committee,
and I also take this opportunity of acknowledging the
willing assistance I have received from the staff of the
Public Health Department.
