SWIMMING BATHS UNDER CONTROL OF THE GREATER LONDON COUNCIL
1 am indebted to the Scientific Adviser of the Greater London Council for the following report on the bacteriological examination of the water during 1971.

Brockwell Park and Kennington Park Lidos
From 1st April, 1971 the above lidos were no longer the responsibility of
the G.L.C. Thus samples were taken only during the first three months when
the condition of both baths was found to be satisfactory.
Shirley Oaks Children's Home
All samples were satisfactory.
Dick Sheppard School
This bath was being rebuilt and was out of use during 1971. It should be
operational during 1972.
