Drainage and Sanitary conveniences
Facilities for the storage, preparation and cooking of foods, and the
disposal of waste water, or
Installations for space heating or for the use of space heating appliances
As a result of this notices under Sections 15 and 19 of the Housing Act 1961
were served on the owners.
In addition 1 Order was made applying Management Regulations.
1,211 inspections and 1,730 revisits were made in connection with surveys,
complaints and mortgage loans.
