RE-CONDITIONING OF HOUSES.
The inspections of houses under Section 9 of the Housing Act, 1936, were carried
out by two special Housing Inspectors, Messrs. Hancock and Ashworth, and the
District Sanitary Inspectors. The practice of serving informal notices was continued
with satisfactory results, these during the year being as follows :—
