tuberculosis, 40 were suspects, and 441 were not suffering. The nurses of the
Northern Dispensary paid 727 visits, and those of the Southern 2,205, to the homes
of the patients, while the Tuberculosis Officer of the Northern Dispensary made
147 visits, and of the Southern 182 visits to the patients' homes for the purpose of
examining them.
Pneumothorax Treatment was also administered to twenty.seven patients
at a cost of £159 12s. Od.
Finsen Light Treatment.— Nil.
Artificial Sunlight Treatment. No case under treatment in the year
under review.
TUBERCULOSIS.
The number of persons in attendance at the Dispensaries in each year was as
