Holborn Clean Food Guild.
The Holborn Clean Food Guild, which was formed in January, 1950, had another
successful year during 1953.
During the year a further 16 applications were received for membership, and at
the end of the year the Guild had a membership of 79, 11 of whom had been approved
during 1953. There remained 25 applicants in varying stages of progress towards the necessary
standard required for registration, and some of these have been registered during the
current year.
Renewal of membership was requested from all the sixty-six members eligible for
re-election during the year, indicating their appreciation of the work of the Guild in
connection with their business. In each case the necessary standard was found to be
maintained, and the renewal of membership was granted.
