Cheese.—A number of samples of cheese were analysed during the year, but
in no case was adulteration found. It may be of interest to add some of the
results obtained especially as at the present time there are no standards of
composition for cheese.

Condensed Milk.—During the year 13 samples of condensed milk were
examined, three " evaporated full-cream," three "sweetened full-cream," and
seven " sweetened machine-skimmed."
