tree-lined lawn where afternoon teas may be taken during the
summer months.
It is expected that, under present conditions, the Hotel when
fully booked will accommodate some forty guests. The main
accommodation is situated on the ground and first floors and all
bedrooms are fitted with wash basins and provided with hot and
cold water. In addition to a lounge and the spacious dining room
with annexe all facing the sea, there is, opening on to the garden, a
sizeable lounge-bar where guests can relax during the evening.
For the benefit of the handicapped, the ground floor corridors
and all baths and W.C.s are fitted with hand rails and a recently
installed central heating system provides the elderly with an added
touch of comfort.
Environs.—The Hotel could hardly be better situated, for
the handicapped are able to enjoy the cliff-top lawns and gardens
across the road, whilst for the energetic, a gently sloped promenade
leads to an excellent sandy beach.
