No action has been taken since the war under these Sections.
Individual Unfit Houses & Flats
Chiefly because of rehousing difficulties, action to secure the
demolition or closure of individual unfit houses has been restricted
to a comparatively small number of very bad houses including certain
unoccupied premises. Since the war Demolition or Closing Orders have
been made in respect of 167 premises.
