HOUSING APPLICATIONS:
30 families were rehoused during 1945, 6 in Borough Council
Flats and 24 by the London County Council.
BUSACO STREET AND SADLER STREET AREAS:
The property on these proposed rehousing sites was
inspected regarding the occupancies and condition of the properties, and
a report submitted to the Housing Committee.
BASTWICK STREET.
A report on certain property in Bastwick Street was
submitted to the Housing Committee, recommending closure and demolition.

INSPECTION AND SUPERVISION OF FOOD AND DRUGS
analysis of Milk:
During the year 36 samples of milk were submitted to
the Public Analyst. No samples were found to be adulterated.
Bacteriological Examination of Milk:
102 samples of Designated Milk and 88 samples of
Ordinary Milk were submitted for bacteriological examination.
