Slaughterhouse
The number of animals killed at the licensed slaughterhouse in
the Borough during the year was as follows:-
Lambs 9
No carcases or offal were condemned.
Unsound Pood
During the year under review the Pood Inspector examined and
took appropriate action in relation to unsound food on 79 occasions.
