Nature of Offence or Claim.	Result of Proceedings.
Failing to comply with a notice to abate a nuisance at No. 56 Castle Street.	The notice having been complied with since service of summons, summons dismissed under Probation of Offenders Act. £1 1s. costs awarded to the Council.
Having deposited on his premises for the purpose of sale toffees which had been seized and condemned as unsound.	Plea of "guilty." Defendant discharged under the Probation of Offenders Act, 1907. £1 1s. costs awarded to the Council.

Using a hand-can containing separated milk which was not marked with the words "Separated Milk" in large and legible type.	Fined £1. £1 1s. costs to be paid by defendant.
Using a churn containing separated milk which was not marked with the words "Separated Milk" in large and legible type.	Summons dismissed.
