Failing to comply with a notice to abate a nuisance at No. 56 Castle Street.The notice having been complied with since service of summons, summons dismissed under Probation of Offenders Act. £1 1s. costs awarded to the Council.
Having deposited on his premises for the purpose of sale toffees which had been seized and condemned as unsound.Plea of "guilty." Defendant discharged under the Probation of Offenders Act, 1907. £1 1s. costs awarded to the Council.
