Legal Proceedings.
Legal proceedings were taken by the Council during 1934 in
respect of 21 offences against the provisions of various Acts, byelaws,
&c., administered by the Health Department. Particulars of
each case are set out below.
Public Health (London) Act, 1891 and Bye-Laws made
