(b) Action under Sections 11 and 13 of the Housing Act, 1936:-

(i)Dwelling houses in respect of which demolition orders were made1

Rent and Mortgage Interest (Restrictions) Acts
Eleven applications were made to the Council during
the year for certificates of unfitness for habitation under
these Acts; nine were granted, but in the other two, the
conditions found did not justify the issue of certificates.
