    LEGAL PROCEED DIGS PUBLIC HEALTH NUISANCE SUMMONSES During the year ended 1951, 461 Summonses were down for hearing at the West London Magistrates Court and the Kensington Divisional Petty Sessions with regard to cases where Owners had failed to comply with Statutory Notices served under the Public Health (Lorxlon) Act, 1936.
