This Council is co-operating with other Metropolitan Boroughs
the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research in the establishment
of stations for the investigation of atmospheric pollution covering the
whole of London, and towards the end of the year a station was established
in this area whereat matter collected in an atmospheric deposit gauge is,
at regular intervals, removed for analysis.
