HONEY MIXTURE.
18. This article consisted of a mixture of honey and invert sugar,
sometimes called " Fruit Sugar," and as the fact of admixture was stated
at the time of purchase, the sample was reported as genuine.
TINNED FISH, TINNED FRUIT, AND TINNED MEAT.
19. These samples were all free from metallic contamination and
from preservatives, and were reported as genuine.
DRUGS.
(Tincture of Iodine, Mercury Ointment, Boracic Acid Ointment,
Camphorated Oil and Aspirin.)
20. These articles were all in accordance with the requirements of
the British Pharmacopseia respecting composition and purity.
PUBLIC HEALTH (PRESERVATIVES, ETC., IN FOOD)
AMENDMENT REGULATIONS, 1926.
21. There were no cases of infringement of the above Regulations
during the year.
