Further consideration of the motion—That recommendation (a)
be adopted.
The Vice-Chairman of the Committee requested leave to withdraw

Leave refused.
Amendment moved by Mr. Porter, seconded by Mr. C. H.

milk containing tuberculous matter.
After debate—
Moved by Mr. Torrance, seconded by Mr. Crooks—That the
Council do proceed to the next business.
Motion to proceed to the next business put and declared to be

Resolved accordingly.
